One accountable team, engaged the way your program needs
Most clients start with one model and add others as the program grows. Each one carries the same commitment: a measurable outcome in production.
Engagement models
AI CoE partnership
An ongoing partnership with the CIO or Chief AI Officer that covers the use-case portfolio, standards, governance and enablement.
Fits when: You run AI as a program across business units and need one way to build and approve it.
Forward deployed teams
Engineers embedded in your organization for a defined mission. They work in your systems and report against a process metric.
Fits when: The process is known, the systems are complex, and success depends on learning how the work is really done.
Project delivery
A scoped system delivered to production against agreed outcomes, timeline and acceptance criteria.
Fits when: The use case and its measure are clear, and you want one accountable team to deliver it.
Nucleus platform
The control layer for AI-initiated actions, configured for your AI clients, systems and policies, and supported by us.
Fits when: AI clients are starting to act on enterprise systems, and security needs control before scale.
Operate & optimize
We run, monitor and improve systems in production, covering accuracy, cost, and rollout to new regions and channels.
Fits when: A system is live, and its value now depends on tuning, expansion and steady operation.
Start with a focused use case.
For qualified organizations, we can begin with a tightly scoped pilot designed to establish measurable value before broader deployment.
- A defined process with measurable volume
- Access to the systems and data involved
- An executive sponsor and a named process owner
How a pilot works
- 01 · Qualify
A short working session on the process, its volume, the systems involved and who sponsors it.
- 02 · Scope
One use case, one measure, agreed success criteria and the access we need.
- 03 · Build
Our engineers connect to your systems and data and build against real volume.
- 04 · Decide
We review results against the measure. If it worked, you get a plan and a cost for production.
Questions
About pilots and getting started.
- Who pays for the pilot?
- When we see a credible path to measurable value, we fund the pilot build. We take that initial risk to earn the longer engagement.
- How long does a pilot take?
- One to two weeks for the pilot build, once access to the relevant systems and data is in place.
- What do you need from our team?
- A 30-minute conversation to agree the opportunity, then access to the relevant data and systems. That usually adds up to four to eight hours of one person's time across the pilot.
- Can you work with our existing systems?
- Yes. Most of our work is integration with ERP, CRM and data platforms such as SAP, NetSuite and Salesforce. We build in your environment, under your controls.
- What happens after the pilot?
- We review the results against the measure we agreed at the start. If the case is there, we propose a path to production under one of the engagement models above.
